Pick up of your disk
Pickup of orders
Data recovery is not feasible in several locations for technical reasons. For successful recovery of your data, the disk needs to be delivered to our professionally equipped laboratory with dust-free areas.
Pickup from all over Czech and Slovak Republic is FREE!
How to proceed when ordering a transportation for your order?
- Fill out the online form and select "book a pickup“, or give us a call.
- Pack the disk properly (see. "How to wrap a shipment") and if you did not complete the online form, attach the completed [handover protocol](/for-download/predavaci-protokol-data112.doc).
- Wait for a pickup of your package by a carrier company (it will already have a pre-printed address), which will transport your shipment to us for a free diagnosis by the next day.
In case of express orders, we arrange delivery from all over the Czech Republic to our laboratory in a way that the order can be picked up withing few hours and processed immediately.
Call our nonstop hotline phone number: +420737000112 so we can discuss all the details.
How to pack a shipment?
Sufficient attention given to a proper packing of your consignment will prevent possible damage during transportation!
We use special, IP67 resistant boxes to collect discs from our regular partners.
- Ideally insert the disk into its original plastic box. If you do not have the original box, use an antistatic bag. If you do not have an antistatic bag, wrap the disk in paper (office paper, newspapers ...)
- Never wrap the disk in a plastic bag, since there is a possible damage from electrostatic surges!
- Tput the wrapped disk into a cardboard box and fill up the box with material which will reduce vibrations of the disk (you can use foam, crumpled newspaper, bubble wrap, ...)
- Do not forget to enclose a handover protocol or a different cover letter describing the malfunction, or at least your contact information.
- Close and seal the box.
