Which data recovery company should I choose?

Choosing the right data recovery company is crucial. For some types of damage, there is only one chance for successful data recovery. Unprofessional intervention, repeatedly powering on a damaged device, or attempting recovery without the proper equipment can make data recovery impossible.
At DATA112, we have been specializing in data recovery for more than 20 years. We have our own dust-free laboratory, extensive experience with hardware-damaged media as well as software-related failures, and we approach every case fairly and transparently. Your data is safe with us.

Do I pay even if the data cannot be recovered?

At DATA112, you only pay for successfully recovered data. If recovery is not technically possible or you do not approve it after diagnostics, you pay nothing.

How does data recovery work?

First, we perform free diagnostics of the medium and determine the extent of the damage. We then inform you about the recovery options, expected success rate, price and processing time. The actual data recovery only starts after your approval, and the agreed price is guaranteed. We then recover the data and hand it over on a new medium or in another agreed way.

What devices can you recover data from?

We recover data from HDD hard drives, SSD drives, RAID arrays and NAS servers, USB flash drives and memory cards, mobile phones and other data storage media. The recovery procedure is always chosen according to the type of medium and the specific failure.

How much does data recovery cost?

The price depends on the type of medium, the extent of the damage and the complexity of the recovery. Fixing software-related issues, such as deleted data recovery, starts at EUR 60. More complex hardware failures requiring work in our laboratory usually start at EUR 120. The exact price can only be determined after free diagnostics. You can find indicative price ranges in our price list. Be careful with 'cheap' offers.
