Description of the problem was entered online through the active messenger. Afterward all that needed to be done was to fill out a form about collecting media for a free diagnosis. The third day we were contacted by the company that the media file system can be recovered, from where we have selected a list of files to be restored. Within two days the data according to the agreement were placed on FTP, subsequently withdrawn and given to the client. The conclusion is this: "Professional negotiation, fast response, high technical level for a very good price."
